Upon the news of the new national lockdown that will be enforced as of 12pm this evening 4th November 2020 I wanted to take this moment to clarify what our working practices will now be whilst this is upon us.

The UK Government have confirmed that financial infrastructure should remain working where possible and safe to do so and using COVID restrictions sensibly – we talked about this with all of our people and we felt that we had a responsibility to remain here as we cannot effectively work and look after the many hundreds of families whom are in the middle of a house move or re-mortgage currently and certainly not within the market that our clients are being exposed to.

We do however have a responsibility to our staff and their wider families and therefore we have to bring in some stringent rules around our working practices until our national lockdown is lifted, therefore from tomorrow our staff will be declining any face to face meetings and our offices will be closed to the public or any person outside of the bubble of staff.

We have thought carefully about this decision but felt that we could not effectively run the level of cases we currently have whilst not being as one team to get this done.

Over the last three months our working practices have evolved and pivoted and 95% of our appointments are being carried out from distance, therefore, we are still working and available as normal and will be supporting clients with any new or existing enquiries, just in the safest manner possible.

We hope that these moves keep as many people safe from the threat of this virus, we as a small local business know how vital these moves are to the future health of as many people as possible in our area.

Wishing health to all, should anybody have any questions or queries about their mortgage, finance or protection we are here to help
