At Affinity we understand that our clients’ sometimes have requirements that are not catered for by standard mortgage products. To counter this, we created Affinity Specialist Finance or ASF for short. The often-complex nature of these financial products demands clear and concise advice to enable our clients’ to make informed and timely decisions. The remit of ASF covers Development finance, Bridging loans (short term finance), Asset finance, Invoice factoring, Commercial finance, Unsecured business loans and much more.
We offer a totally free service to business owners where we will check whether we can make any cost savings across their range of products be-it their finance arrangements or suitable insurances or whether the products they have are actually fit for purpose – we work with a number of accountancy firms and will always work with any of our customers professional advisors to make sure that the advice they have received is in line with our recommendations so our customers can feel totally at ease that they will have the most suitable, future proofed solutions.
